Event Details

Design Thinking is increasingly being used by startups and large organisations to reframe user problems and create solutions that are human-centric. Design thinking is the intersection between a product’s desirability, viability, and feasibility, and the skills associated are highly transferable across different businesses and industries.

Whether you work in a startup, an innovation team, or individually, you can benefit from employing Design Thinking in creating customer-focused solutions.

At our Design Thinking Masterclass, you’ll be introduced to the principles of Design Thinking and learn the core skills required to implement customised solutions. The masterclass will cover:

  • An overview of Design Thinking
  • How Design Thinking is applied in businesses
  • Techniques used by Designers and Product Managers at key phases of the user journey including customer research, insight identification, synthesis, ideation, and prototyping
  • An opportunity to practice Design Thinking principles through various activities
