The backbone of UX Design encompasses a person’s interaction with any product. It concerns itself with ensuring a user’s needs are met through meaningful designs and solutions. With an expected 10% increase in the demand for UX Designers in the next 5 years and the median mid-level UX Design salary at $105,000 in Australia, there is no time like getting into the field of UX as the present.

As a UX designer I love looking at the creative problem solving space and understanding the psychology and behaviours influencing the users. I believe our empathy comes from understanding the users through research. It informs the way we frame problems and solutions for the people our ideas will directly impact.
For the past several years I have been applying design thinking to the architecture and interiors spaces bringing creative projects from concept to completion. I bring strengths in facilitation and ideation with hands-on software and prototyping skills to deliver enhanced user experiences.

Robert has been working in the digital space for over 10 years. He brings to the table a wealth of experience from his early days in digital and graphic design to his current position as lead UX designer.
Robert’s digital story began with a degree in visual design where his career took off in Melbourne with numerous roles developing consumer-facing web products. Since then, he has studied multiple multimedia and design courses which have propelled him into UX roles for Optus, Vodafone, PwC and Symplicit.
